This is a great tv for the kitchen if you have stainless steel appliances because of it's stainless steel finish. the picture is fine and the sounds is good enough for the kitchen. I mounted this in the kitchen using a Sanus wall mount. I would have given it five stars but the dvd player does not have an eject button on the remote. This has to be done manually. This is not such an inconvenience considering you have to put the dvd in the drive anyway. Other than that a great set for the price.
