When I was looking at TVs in the store, this one looked just as good as, if not better than, the other TVs. The only big difference was the price. Other TVs in this price range simply didn't compare while this TV compared to TVs which cost $500-$800 more. I am not a TV expert, I only base my judgment on how the picture looked, but what else do you need? Who cares if the other TV has a 'phase shift converter' or operates at 4 million jiggawhatchyamacallits. And I really don't care if my TV can't make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. What matters to me is that it looks amazing and is very reasonably priced.Buy Philips 47PFL3603D/F7 47-Inch 1920 x 1080p LCD HDTV (Black)!
