Apple iPod classic 160 GB Silver (6th Generation)

I really don't know how I lived without it before. For years, the software for iTunes constantly froze and frustrated me. So, I bought several other MP3 players, but none of them were particularly satisfactory.

Finally, the iPod software is working well on my computer, but more importantly, a range of materials are now available for my iPod. I have downloaded free of charge the audio Bible and other religious texts from the website of my church -- which now has audio scriptures available in Portuguese and Spanish in addition to English!

I discovered Faith Through Hearing and was able to download Bibles in Japanese and Korean.

Then I discovered the membership on audible which includes a free daily audible download of Wall Street Journal.

My iPod will now plug into the new cars that are being produced and I have the mini speakers and bring it with me whenever I travel so I have a full collection of scriptures, audio books, music. This magic little device allows me to easily and comfortably wait for a doctor's appointment or a plane flight. The battery is so long, it can keep me entertained on transoceanic flights.

I still like the iPod Video. Okay, the G3 has a bigger screen and many more apps, but after all I just want to listen to music and see an occasional video like free video Podcasts and this works great!Buy Apple 30 GB iPod with Video Playback Black (5th Generation)!

Apple iPod shuffle 1 GB Blue (2nd Generation)

It's small, portable, & plays whatever music you put on it - the technology itself deserves 5 stars.
Great for running (clips on to your shirt or pocket). Simple "next" button to scan music. Decent size (fits several hundred songs).

Only problems:
1) The ear buds may not be right for your ear shape and may fall out. If it's annoying, just get yourself the perfect earphones and use them with the music player.
2) You can only add music via iTunes, which is pretty annoying. Every time you plug it in to add music or to charge, it will try to "resync" the iPod and the computer files, so don't add music from an external device and don't move the folder you keep your music in. This is why I'm skimping on the last star.

But again, as a basic portable music player, it's great. Buy Apple iPod shuffle 1 GB Blue (2nd Generation)!

Apple iPod shuffle 2 GB Bright Green (2nd Generation)

Bought this i-shuffle for a 76 year old man about to undergo chemo treatments. Holds lots of music and easy to download either from the web
or your own cd's.
He is using it often, even at home when he connected it
to his own Bose radio.
I will upgrade to one with a screen for him (so he
can see the titles) if he continues to use this as much as he is now.

This was my second return from this vendor!!

The first one worked well, then it stopped working and returned the ipod.
When I received the replacement it would not start up??
