It was sent quickly and wrapped well, but was the wrong color (ordered light blue and got dark blue...said light blue was in stock even after receiving the wrong one). It took a LONG time to get a return label from them. Then it took a while for refund, but it did go through. Won't go through them again. Buy Apple iPod shuffle 1 GB Light Blue, Clamshell Package (2nd Generation)!
