I did not receive what I ordered. In the product description I was to receive a used Apple ipod 20gb Photo. I did not receive this product at all. instead I got a 4th generation white ipod that does not work at all. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering anything further from Amazon marketplace ever again. Buy Apple iPod 20 GB Photo White MA079LL/A (4th Generation)!
