We absolutely love our new tv. We can't believe we haven't had an HD tv before this, let alone this huge tv with such a clear sreen. The room that we have this in has windows surrounding it and for the first time we can actually watch tv (and see it clearly!) during the day. Magnavox 19MF338B/F7 19-Inch LCD HDTV

Bought the 19MF338B TV two weeks ago and am very satisfied with its performance. Am using it with "rabbit ears " and the digital stations are extreemly clear,and most of the set up controls easy to use. The only problem is that I cannot find any instructions on how to program in " favorites ". Other than that, it's a great TV. Buy Magnavox 19MF338B/F7 19-Inch LCD HDTV!

Mitsubishi LT-40148 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV

I bought this set on the picture quality alone. While it had all the useful AV inputs one would normally expect, picture is it. Best reproduction of skin tones. I hope Mitsubishi comes out with a B-ray disc-player for home theather use. One less remote! Buy it. I used a TV test disc to put the set thru it's color spectrum paces. The ability to adjust 6 colors vs 3 colors is a purist delight. Too bad the orignator's of the displayed material aren't as picky or station to station transmission quality. Ran the movie "Bridges of Madison County" DVD(My wife's favorite)a couple of times to appreciate the outstand rendition of the "film". "WALL-E" is another must see. Pyle PTC16LD 15-Inch LCD HDTV With Built-In DVD Player

This TV/DVD player was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there's a significant issue. When playing DVDs, every 15 - 20 seconds there is a brief dropout of the audio. It's very short, like 1/4 of a second, but this "click" is enough to hamper the enjoyment of the movie. I tested with several DVDs that work fine in other players.

Amazon quickly and painlessly exchanged it (thanks, Amazon!), but the replacement did the same thing. So, apparently it's a design flaw. Westinghouse 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV

I don't have problem with this HDTV. I still think it is a best deal with the very nice picture and sound quality. I bought it during Thanksgiving sales from Target. I hooked it up with a regular common antenna; and I did a full channel-scan by following the instructions on the manual. As long as it catches the digital signal, the picture quality and sound are great. For example, in my local area, picture and sound quality from the digital channels such as Channel 2.1 (KCBS), Channel 4.1 (KNBC), Channel 5.1 (KTLA) etc. are superb, crystal clear--I can enjoy watching the news reporter's beautiful pupil. This HDTV reaches a high quality of engineering design. For those who complained about the buzz noise, I would suggest them to check the external input to the TV, which is possibly the source of the buzz noise came from. I never experienced any buzz noise from my unit of Westinghouse HDTV. My only suggestion to Westinghouse is that they need to put a little more effort to the design of the on-screen menu. It doesn't look that fancy but it is fully functional without any problem. Thanks Westinghouse for the high quality of HDTV. You got my A rank.
