I've tried Sony, Creative, Ipods, Zune, you name it, by far this is the best sound quality I could ever find, I use it with Shure SE210 to get HD sound quality, I use my own custom EQ settings to crank the bass and bring the instruments clarity up, this thing gives you the ultimate music experience... I just love it, and it's kind of an open source player so if you know Flash scripting you can create your own interface and application, plus you can download flash games and applications from the net.

There are 2 reasons why I gave it 4 starts:
- 1 no wi-fi, since it has flash interface it should be able to play youtube and such, which PSP and other gadgets lack and they still have wi fi.

Ok, I just got my new Olympus Stylus 8000. I already have the Stylus 770SW which I always have with me, rain or shine, and it works great. But, I thought it was time for an "upgrade" so, I now have the Stylus 8000. I have "no" "regrets". It is definitely a step up. The LCD is "brighter" and the "color logic" is better than ever. It makes "panoramas" right in the camera, and does a pretty good job if you do what you're supposed to do as you "pan". No, not just a "pretty good" job, an "excellent" job.
One of the new features of this model is something called "Tap Control". When I read the specs on that before I got the camera, I said, "I Don't Need No Stinkin'"Tap" Control"! Why would I want to "hit" my camera in order to make it do things? Boy, was I "Wrong". I love the "Tap Control". It's great. It's just that, a "tap". But, a "definite" tap. It doesn't just start changing settings for no reason, you have to "tap" it. The things that you used to have to "toggle" back and forth to access, you now just "tap" the camera sides or top or back. You know, the things you change on a regular basis like "flash" settings, "macro" settings, "picture review", all those can be controlled with "taps". If you don't want to "tap", you can turn that option off. However, I'll bet, once you start using "tap control" you will never go back to the "toggle". The "tap" is too easy, and too accurate. No more "fumbling" with the toggle. The overall feel of the Camera is just fine, and, as I'm sure you already know, it's "bullet proof". I have dropped my 770 on "concrete" from "eye height" and I had to "hunt" to find the "micro scratch" on it's corner. Water is a "non-issue".
When I told my cats that I was getting another camera, they said "Jerry", "You already have like "five" cameras. Why do you need another one"? I told them, "It's an "upgrade". "Besides, the next time the "dog pack" comes through, I will have this camera ready to "document" the "fear" in your eyes". They said, "Jerry, We ain't afraid of no stinkin' "dog pack". "Now, fill up our food bowls".
Cats, they don't worry about anything.

I was wanting a MP3 player, but was not sold on spending the money for an IPod. I like the fact that this has an FM radio so I can listen to news or music. It is small, lightweight and the clip works well when you are at the gym, doing housework, hiking, etc. I really like the fact that you can download music from other sources other than ITunes. Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard

I bought this gamepad for my husband's birthday. We both play WoW and he has recently gotten into arena competitions, so I wanted him to have a better tool for handling his character in fast-paced situations. He loves it! So far he's only programmed macros for about half the keys, so there's still room to grow, but he already feels the advantage of the gamepad over using a keyboard.

He said the joystick took longest to get used to, but now that he's using it, he feels there's no way someone using the keyboard can outmaneuver someone using a stick. It has improved his play considerably.

Garmin nüvi 885T 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator with MSN Direct Service

I've had my 885T for about a week and a half. For the most part I like it and it has been useful. It has already made a few trips to unfamiliar spots in the city much less stressful and faster. It has its shortcomings though.

PROS: MSN Traffic service works well in Denver Metro area. Movie times seem accurate (I'm considering paying the one time fee). Slim size. Lane assist blew me away - how cool is that! Has been 99% accurate. Voice commands work really well even in noisy vehicle and allow for safer operation while driving. Voice command remote is unobtrusive and feels sturdy. Easily upload maps to unit directly from Google.

CONS: Suction cup mount falls often even on flat Jeep windshield (I'll end up using the disc sticky mounts). My Samsung Alias phone is not specifically supported for Bluetooth - seriously it's one of the most popular phones. Subsequently bluetooth connectivity has been frustrating and inconsistent. Speakers will probably suffice for a quiet ride but I'm in a Jeep with 32" mudders. FM transmitter (to hear voice prompts over sound system in your car) is worthless. New map update was nearly 2G and took a day and a half to download on DSL.

Apple iPod 40 GB White M9268LL/A (4th Generation)

This is the second one of these I have bought.. and both have shut down on me. I have wasted over $600 on these Ipods as well as another $100+ to repair one of them. They are great for storing mass amounts of music... but they are very tempermental, and seem to breakdown unexpectedly and for no reason at all (i never dropped them/ no water damage/ hardly any scratches). It's as if these were put on some sort of timer to shut down on you after a while, so that you HAVE to go out and buy another. I really love the idea of an ipod.. but when I buy one, I'd hope that it would last me a LONG time cosidering how much they cost.
