I did many hours of reseach before I ordered this TV last week for $1199 from Amazon. I could not be more pleased. The picture is outstanding, and the overall product meets or exceeds any reasonable expectations.
You would be hard pressed to find a 52", 60Hz, entry level LCD by Samsung, Sharp, LG, or Sony for under $1500 and when you do it is because they are reducing the price just before they introduce their new models.
CEVA delivery was great and only three days.
The speakers sound very good for a TV, and at double the price you may find some sets that sound somewhat better. If you want great sound take some of the money you saved on this set and buy a sound/AV system. If you shop smart you can find a system for as little as $300 that will significantly improve viewing experience or you can spent BIG BUCKS for a weapon of mass destruction. Buy Toshiba REGZA 52RV535U 52-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV!
